    We are totally independent mortgage brokers with no     restriction on the lenders that we may place our clients     with. Coupled with the very latest in technology we are     able to search the entire market place to find the best     mortgage to suit our clients' needs.

    Add to this the ability to provide general insurance (such as home insurance and loan     protection) from a selected panel of providers and the option to use our low cost     conveyancing and survey service we can offer a true one stop service with the absolute     minimum of effort to our clients.

MORTGAGES

We can assist you with our first class mortgage service.

For mortgages we can be paid by commission from the lender, or a fee of usually £500.00.

Commercial mortgages are not regulated by the FSA or arranged via Sesame.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
